8. BCS Services Accessed via this Website

8.1 Access via the Website to BCS’ online Services will be governed by the BSC SaaS Terms and Conditions accepted by contracted Health Service Organisations ( HSO) when accessing those Services.

8.2 Documentation and information hosted in the BCS Library are accessible to all contracted Health Service Organisations ( HSO ) via a shared database accessible via encrypted URL access from within the HSO’s intranet.

8.3 Access to data, documents and information hosted in the shared database is not available to the general public.

8.4 HSO staff can only search and locate data, documents and information by Make and Brand Name.

8.4 The HSO is responsible for ensuring the access by staff is managed and compliant with local laws and HSO the policies and Procedures.

8.5 The BCS online Service an affordable option which allows HSO’s to standardise access to these manufacture supplied documents, ensure safe and intended use of this equipment and these devices are followed as per the manufacturers Instructions for Use, Quick Guides, Reprocessing and Decontamination Instructions etc.

8.6 The BCS online Service does not host pricing information, sales and promotional information, information comparing products to one another or any other document related to a sales or buying decision by staff of the contracted HSO’s.

8.7 The BCS online Service hosts and manages data and manufacturers information sent to us by the HSO, The manufacturer and / or local distributor via our Document Request Service or similar process. We do not sell documentation, instructions for use or another manufacturer supplied document hosted by us to anyone, any company or any entity in any form. We provide a document storage and management service for HSO’s.

8.8 HSOs are responsible for ensuring all documentation provided directly by them to BCS for inclusion in the shared database has appropriate copyright permissions in place.

9. Changes to the Website

11.1 BCS and our BCS online Service does not offer advice on any of the information stored on behalf of HSO’s related to their Use, Performance, Value for Money and any related function or feature that could be used for treating or diagnosing conditions as per their intended use. We support and advocate the consultation of suitable qualified medical and technical professionals with respect to these devices, and this includes the Manufacturer, their Representatives and/or authorised Distributors, qualified and Make & Model trained medical professionals, Clinicians, Nurses and Technicians. The BioClinical Services Pty Ltd Library does not engage in discussions and correspondence related to the use and application of Medical Devices and Equipment.
